If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help. We gladly accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Requested for return within 14 days of receiving your order
• Unused 
• In its original packaging
• In resalable condition

We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above. 

How to Start a Return

Please contact support@sskydimension.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your package back to us. Unless your order arrived damaged or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@sskydimension.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
